Excellent service and quality! We have used and trusted Allied Air for many years and have always been satisfied. During our most recent service experience, our technician, BJ, was very professional, highly competent, super friendly, and arrived on time. He also remembered that he had serviced our home before and already knew where everything was located. He serviced our heat pumps professionally in a short amount of time and offered excellent advice about how to keep them running optimally. We highly recommend Allied Air!

If I had rated Allied two years ago, it would’ve been a one star rating. Allied Installed a carrier system in my condo. I bought the Middle option out of three choices. I was told it was advanced and efficient. However, we ran into several issues throughout the first year and a half of ownership. After some minor issues following installation, the condenser needed to be replaced. Then, about a year later, the entire outdoor unit had to be swapped out. Throughout that, Jeff stood by his product and service. Fast forward to now, I trust Allied to do the right thing. That’s not common in business these days. I always request for BJ Miller to perform service and maintenance. He’s fantastic dude and knows his stuff through and through. If he hadn’t stepped in during the issues, I would never be able to give them such a high review.

Allied always offers great service. I called today with a thermostat issue and had BJ, my technician, at my home within a half hour. He fixed my issue and charged me a very fair price for the repair. I am a long time customer and have always been pleased with Allied. BJ has always been such a gentleman.

After another HVAC company informed me my compressor amps were running hot (and I went outside to verify it), decided it was time to replace my 11 year old single-stage HVAC / electric heat pump. After multiple quotes from several HVAC companies, I selected Allied Aire. My conversation with Jeff Shue, the president, ultimately sold me on going with them. Here's why: - he listened to my requirements and the most important features for me when it comes to heating and cooling - didn't try to oversale me on what I "needed" - offered the most competitive price considering what I was getting, which was a top of the line variable speed heat pump, higher grade SEER system, air handler, new dampers, thermostats, etc (apples to apples comparisons with a different brand came, Allied came in about $3-4K cheaper) - humored all my questions as I was learning to be an HVAC expert overnight -- a 10 year warranty on parts & labor, which sealed the deal The installation took two days, and the technicians (Ray & Victor) were very respectful of my property as they replaced all the equipment. They left the house in immaculate condition, and provided a thorough walkthrough of the new equipment, what was replaced, a review of the warranty, and the follow-up maintenance that would occur later in 2026. I feel I am now well prepared for the summer months ahead with the new equipment, and will definitely be referring Jeff and his team for future projects in the neighborhood! Allied Aire has been our sole source for all HVAC work at our home since 2012. We have had BJ, Mike, Jonathan, Victor, Ray and the owner Jeff at our home to perform installations, maintenance, repairs, etc. Recently they replaced all of our 1st level ductwork and performed a highly unique service, semi-sealed our crawl space. Their work was meticulous and performed exactly as described prior to starting the job. Their entire team is great to work with, very reasonably priced, quality outcomes, and best of all genuinely good people! Heather and Kimberly are very pleasant when scheduling work, or dealing with any other administrative tasks. This is an outstanding HVAC company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, affordable, reliable, and friendly service.
