We had a water leak in wall between garage and house. It soaked into wall, sill, sub floor of breakfast area, and crawl space. 123 Floor and Home did a fantastic job with the remediation. They have the specialized equipment needed for this type of remediation.They were able to tent and dry sub floor in in breakfast room, tore out wall in garage to dry properly, and set up equipment in crawl space to throughly dry everything. Also took care to spray all areas for mold. As a result of leak and water damage, the tile floor in the breakfast room, kitchen, and laundry room had to be torn out and replaced.. Melvin, their project manager over saw the remediation as well as the tile floor replacement. Melvin was very congenial and easy to work with. He took care to put up a heavy plastic wall between the kitchen and great room which greatly reduced the dust in the rest of the house. He covered all of the kitchen cabinets with plastic to keep dust out of those. Shaun their tile guy did a fantastic job with laying new tile, he is very precise and skilled. Edson their painter did a good job replacing wall board, trim and repainting. Dave Naylor, owner, helped us come up with the design of the new tile floor, we appreciated his design expertise. Can't say enough good things about this company, we are so pleased with their work, we plan to have them replace carpeting in our home next year.

We were introduced to 123 Floor & Home as a result of an insurance claim remediation and were totally depedent on them doing what they said they were going to do. They professionally handled water removal, drying and disinfecting, floor and baseboard removal and replacement, carpentry work and repainting. Initially, the owner said the finished work would be better than before. He was correct. Kudos to Dave, Teresa, Steve, Edson and Melvin. They did better than they said they would do. The new floor installers were true craftsmen. My rating would be 5 stars plus for communication and handling questions, quality work, keeping to the schedule, favorable and very fair pricing. The company individuals are all accommodating and easy to work with. Thank you for making an unsettling occurrence manageable. We would highly recommend all their services. Dave & Nancy Whitman

If you are looking for a flooring company and are undecided on where to go, let me tell you, you’ve found the place! Dave was amazing in listening to what we wanted, explaining each different types of flooring, the benefits and the cons of each flooring. He was never pushy and didn’t try to upsell you just to try to make more money. He listened to what WE wanted and gave us options in different price points. He was with us all the way and answered any and all questions we had. The crew came out and took care of our home. Ripping out flooring can be a very messy job but thanks to Dave, Melvin, and the team our house and items were protected. I could go on all day as to how amazing this team is but their work speaks for itself! For reference, we did the Coretec Ralston Walnut.

Highly recommend!!! After a leak in our downstairs half bath we unfortunately reached out to another company. A couple of months into the process we were still left with an unusable bathroom, with minimal work completed. At that point we were recommended to contact Dave. So glad we did! Dave came right out, gave us the quotes and given our situation & timeline, he worked us into his schedule immediately! His crew was prompt, professional & so accommodating! They did an amazing job!!! The floors & the bathroom look great!!! Our only regret is that we didn’t call Dave first……….😊

I can’t say enough about Dave and Teresa Naylor who own 123 Floor & Homes. Dave is an excellent communicator, explained the floor process thoroughly, and Teresa was quick to get all quotes and paperwork over to me. The timeline Dave gave me was on point and the guys who completed the floor were so nice, professional, had fun working in my home, and the floor is absolutely stunning. Highly recommend. 10/10!
