2 Roots Cooling and Heating

I got new ductwork, new plenums, and a Halo-LED unit installed by Nick and 2Roots. This was in addition to, and after having completed, mold remediation from a restoration company. We just moved into to the home and wanted to ensure we've done the right things for our health. (2Roots came highly recommended by my water heater guy. Since he was local and did a good job, of course I trusted his recommendation.) I was very pleased with the communication and response time. Everything that was quoted was completed and invoiced exactly as it was quoted. No surprises. Nick and 2Roots were very professional, knowledgeable, clean and respectful. I am happy that we took these steps, and I won't hesitate to use them as my HVAC go-to in the future for maintenance or service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing heating, cooling, or air quality services. Thank you very much Nick and team! I now have peace of mind and can live my life.

I can't begin to express how thankful my family was to receive such great timely service from 2 Roots Cooling and Heating. During this 85-90 degree week, one of our heat pumps went out, and the other was determined to be not worth fixing. Nick Jr., Sr., and there crew jumped right on it from the very first call, to getting us up and running with a new heat pump on the lower level the very next day. Finished the upper unit the day after that. We have some extenuating circumstances that required to we have the house cooled as quickly as possible, and they came through for us with flying colors. They work very efficiently, take the time to explain anything if needed, and answer any questions you may have. I felt like their pricing with very reasonable and there is no oversell, they gave us a few options, but gave us units that were right sized and appropriate for our space. I really appreciate their honesty and integrity. This is the second time we've used them and couldn't be happier. They will always be our Heating and Cooling recommendation of choice.
