Accelerated Deliveries

What a great experience using Accelerated Deliveries! I contacted AJ, the owner, in need of movers to move an elderly lady's furniture to the garage and then a week later move her back in after her floors were repaired following flooding in her kitchen and living room area. The guys also had to take apart pantry and coat closet shelving. Taylor, Samari and Tyler were excellent! A huge plus- the same guys that moved the furniture out came back to move it back in, so they were familiar with the layout, making the process much easier and less stressful. Not only did they move the furniture back in, they put pads on the furniture legs for me, then, when finished, folded up the packing boxes and blankets and wrapping and put in my van. Taylor, Kevin and Terry were awesome! I booked them for a pack, move and unpack job. They were very courteous and had handled everything with extreme care. They hauled away all of the boxes, trash and unneeded items as well. I would absolutely use Accelerated Deliveries again. Very professional, top notch service!

We hired Accelerated Deliveries based on their google rating. I went through the process of taking videos of every single room with drawers and cabinets open, like they asked. Chuck estimated it would take 3 men no more than 8 hours & an estimate of $2000-$2500 was provided. He explained this was a HIGH estimate and he was positive we would come in well under that. Well, 3 men showed up and 12.5 hours later our home was nowhere near finished. To make matters worse many of the boxes were placed in the wrong spaces making unpacking more chaotic and frustrating than it already was. They were unable to come back the next day offering to come back days later which wouldn’t work with our schedule. We hired a different company to come out the next day and 5 men worked for 5 hours to pack the rest of our home. We are now 3 weeks into the owner(AJ) being unreasonable about our experience. We are shocked at his dismissive and defensive attitude. He is unwilling to take any responsibility for their poor planning and execution. There has been zero effort to try and make things right. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Outstanding service my movers were amazing! Griffen, Samari and Dre were on time, careful and friendly! These guys are the best- I highly recommend them for all your moving needs. I’ll use them again for sure hoping I get the same guys! They actually have a conversation with you and make sure you feel comfortable! Love these guys and the owner AJ is amazing too as well as Taylor ! The follow up is great
