Thomas Davis is an excellent technician. He worked a long time to determine we had a broken wire from the main attic unit to the thermostat and repaired. Unit stopped working during snow/ice storm. Company was in contact with us and thrilled Thomas could come a day after the roads were safe to drive. Very happy with Accu-Rite!

Thomas Davis provided EXCEPTIONAL service. He was professional, respectful of my home, and took time to thoroughly explain every detail of my heating system (I had lots of questions!). He quickly identified a failing capacitor and clearly reviewed my options. The detailed inspection report he provided—complete with photos and color-coded ratings—was extremely helpful for understanding both immediate and future maintenance needs. Mike and Paula are the absolute best! He came to the house right after the snowstorm and had the heat back on in very short order. He always provides great maintenance and repair services. He's the only one we ever call.
