This is the second time I have used Adkins Law to modify my trust documents. The first time, back in 2019, I had a great experience with the firm. I came back in 2025 to make small changes, and my experience with the firm has changed dramatically. While my initial meeting with Dominique Barile on July 15th went well, and we arranged to have document signing on August 8th. However, by August 7th, I had yet to receive draft documents to review, and was not able to contact Ms. Barile to find out the status. On August 13th, I finally received draft documents to review, and sent back my comments on August 18th, asking for a date to sign the final documents. On August 28th, I called the firm, as I still had not heard back from Ms. Barile. I told the receptionist that I would wait a week, then ask for a different attorney to assist me. By September 4th, after another phone call to the firm, I finally received final drafts of my trust documents from a different attorney. When I went in to sign the documents a week later, rather than offering me a conference room to review the documents for accuracy, they had me stand at the reception desk to review the documents. To add to this debacle, I received a call yesterday from Charles Adkins saying that I am past due on an invoice I had yet to receive. When I told him of my experience with the firm, he brushed it off as "I only take care of invoices". In my opinion, if you need an estate attorney, you would be better served by finding a more professional, responsive law firm than trusting Adkins Law with your business.

I switched to Adkins Law during my child custody case because I felt my previous attorney was not acting in my best interest. It was the best decision I could have made. Regina got the process started immediately and kept me informed about everything taking place with the case. The entire office was always very responsive whenever I reached out throughout the process, which was incredibly important to me. 5 star for Regina Williams and the team at Adkins Law. Attorney Regina Williams assisted me with a legal issue caused by a previous attorney of mine. Regina was able to do what my prior attorney couldn’t. Plus she was able to get it done in a very short period of time. Word of advice to you all. If you want an attorney that takes you and your case serious, I would highly recommend that you call Regina or someone on her staff. To Regina and her staff thank you.

First rate experience. Solid professional staff. Bridget Hinds is nothing short of amazing, professional, polite and willing to serve. You must know that i am not a fan of lawyers.
