We had such a great experience at this urgent care! Amanda was our provider, and she was incredibly sweet, thorough, and attentive while explaining the diagnosis and treatment plan. The office was very clean, organized, and we had virtually no wait time, which was such a relief. I also really appreciated that they sent the paperwork ahead of time before our visit — it made the whole process so much less stressful and much more efficient. Excellent care from start to finish. We will absolutely return for any future family emergencies or urgent needs!

Excellent care received by Asha, Jamia and Kayla! My son hurt his finger so we called ahead to get pre-registered. Asha was very kind and had great customer service. She texted me the paperwork and it was straightforward and easy. When we went back we saw the nurse, Jamia, she was very kind and courteous as well. She let my son pick a tv show to watch while waiting and did a great job getting his vitals. The nurse practitioner, Kayla was 5 stars! She went above and beyond to make my son feel comfortable. She addressed the problem and had x-rays done. She also did a great job explaining everything. They were a little busy but she apologized for the wait. I’d wait again just to have such great care and bedside manner from the first phone call all the way to the goodbye at the front desk. Great job ladies and God bless! :)

Was in and out within an hour and a half. Recommend going in the morning. X-ray was quick. It was just me & my toddler & Jamie was great when it came to making sure my toddler was safe during my X-ray. Kayla was really friendly & gave me a call personally to update me on care. Highly recommend.
