Sad Greek salad. Some of the lettuce was wilted/brown and there were no other fresh veggies. I would have at least expected tomato, cukes, or onion

Al’s is my “hometown” bar with great food! As a Western NYer relocated, I’ve been coming to Al’s for years, both during Bills season for games and as a dining customer. The staff are always great, welcoming and make you feel like you’re on the set of Cheers! The wings, the Beef on Weck and the full menu is like walking into a bar back in NY, always finger licking good. You often forget to review the places you frequent weekly because you tell the managers and employees each time you’re there how great they are. But I wanted to share for anyone looking for a great meal, a cold drink, even if you don’t drink or have an N.A., you’re always welcome! Come for a Bills game, leave as family! I love my bar! I’m so thankful to everyone there for always taking care of us!

Kelly took great care of us. She got our order perfectly and brought all of the needed special requests and condiments. She is very friendly and patient. She always remembers us :) she is the reason we keep coming back at lunch hours.
Great wings and chicken tenders. Very tender chicken and good size.

Nice atmosphere with plenty of TVs and seating. Also have a patio area. Fish and chips is good, and there's also a fish special on Fridays. The regular fish and chips is a bit better to me because it's more seasoned than the Friday fish fry. Pizza is great as well as the wings. Fries are nice and seasoned. Ranch is good. Great drinks also. Oh and the fried mushrooms were solid too. Everything here is great. We've been back several times since I first posted this review and it's always great and always great service!

Been here a few times, shea and Nick. Best customer service ever. But for the guy wearing the Denny Hamlin hat. Get a grip, my friend came to eat with me who has dietary issues and can only eat certain things. He brought something himself to snack on so he could sit at the bar and drink with me. He comes up and cusses at him for having his snack and demands he orders a drink right then and there, he then orders a Stella and we wait 30 minutes and he never gets served. Never once did he think maybe this guy has diet issues and can only eat certain things. He just went straight to cussing him, I also went and checked for signage about no outside snacks and there is none. He also yelled and was so obviously loud the whole time we were there. Dude needs to learn some respect it was 12 o’clock lunch not night time. Save your yelling for the party crowd. Hopefully the dude with the Denny Hamlin hat learns some customer service.
