We manufacture custom Tents and Inflatables, and completely understand the challenges of tight deadlines and great service. Great job and quick turnaround on my custom logo golf ball order. Just upload the logo and the Alpha Graphics team did the rest. Easy and efficient. Liz ordered my golf balls and took care of everything to make sure the order arrived in time for my annual golf trip to Myrtle Beach. Much appreciated that she took the initiative to get the order taken care of without proofing or paying up front as we were on a tight schedule and was out of town when she was putting it together.

I presented AlphaGraphics with a near 350 page (both sides) manuscript for a biographic book. It was near final form but needed some graphical corrections. Alpha Grahics made the changes easily and ultimately published 15 copies of the spiral bound biography. The timeline supported my schedules and they added pagination, binding and covers. All were satisfactory. Jenna in the front office was helpful during the process.

I called to get a yard sign refaced and spoke with a gentleman explained everything. He asked that I email it over along with the size which I did. Shortly after I received a telephone call from Jonna confirming the order and explaining what needed to be done. Dropped the sign off, paid to be called the next day and told "oh, I think I misunderstood". I explained it 3 different times. Instead of honoring the price they increased it. I canceled and went to Fast Signs for less than original quote.

Best signage company I’ve worked with. Their work is excellent, the communication is prompt and professional, and I have seen nothing short of 100% follow-through.
