Recently had a water softener installed in our garage. Very easy process. Scott was very informative and not pushy. The installation was done by a third party plumber and I don’t even think it took an hour. Had multiple calls that day to make sure it went smoothly and if we had any questions. Would recommend Artisanal Water to anyone!

Scott and the Artisanal Water team are great. Scott is personable, very informative, and easy to work with - responsive yet patient (and not pushy). The water filtration system has been a huge improvement to our house. They had everything installed quickly once we pulled the trigger.
