Absolutely the best team! From their customer service reps to their technicians I highly recommend them! They’re not your average pest control company either they really care about your home and your needs. They’re not pushy with sales but do offer things that are really needed. I had no idea I had termites, but thanks to Logan, our wonderful tech, he pointed it out randomly on a routine spray. Within a short time ( and a heck of a deal on price) Logan was back out here again to take care of the issue. Listen, we all hate paying for “extra” services on maintaining our homes but pest control isn’t a thing you can skip because it’s mandatory. TBH, I can’t say enough good and positive things about this company. They care, they remember who you are, they provide top notch service. Thank yall for your service and protecting my home.

A.J. is very thorough, professional, and kind. Instead of just being another run of the mill service representative, we feel genuine kind concern and care. And he's a very good communicator! At Ease Pest Solutions, as a company, is very well run and they run a tight ship. We are very glad we found them, and we've had several pest companies serve us, but none have ever made us this content. As for A.J., he's such a great asset to his company. At Ease Pest Control does an amazing job every time! Today our technician was Juan. We are very pleased and impressed with Juan's work ethic. I manage a small multifamily complex and had unexpectedly found myself in a situation with one of our units having bed bugs, but our pest control vendor we had then never spoke of a warranty or guarantee for their services. It was my first experience with bed bugs but after 2 trips and over a $1000 spent on a 552 sqft unit I decided to look for another pest control company. I called At Ease and right off the bat the ladies on the phone put me at ease and were so very professional and knowledgeable. She said they have warranties and guarantees on their services and when dealing with bed bugs and German roaches you are not going to want to hire anyone that doesn't back up their work. We have called them out now for 3 different apartments and Every technician has been extremely nice and honest and very helpful. We liked Haven a lot. He was very professional and takes pride in what he does. He walked through the apartment and told us exactly the things we needed to hear to finish up the prep work before spraying and I really learned a lot from him as well as the other technicians. Go ahead and do yourself a favor and call these guys and support a veteran owned business as well!
