I always get the best treatment from Dr Zagat and his team of workers! I get excellent care from my heart doctors as well as well Dr Richard Roode ,he has a very caring attitude! Dr George Clinard. I have had for 15 years and he is the best Dr that I ever met! I owe my life to him. I had Dr Collins for years until he left.. he was a very caring doctor! All of the nurses I ever had while I was in there care were Very Super Caring people and very professional as well! I am from Chapel Hill where there is great hospital! Duke Hospital was my hospital of choice! I was referred to Charlotte Atrium Health 👍👌! And I am glad they did!! Larry C. Paylor 77years old

The health care system in any of these counties, DO NOT CARE about their patients. This office especially couldn't care about their patients. I came to this office a while back to figure out my health issues. The doctor I saw dismissed the majority of my concerns. I had brought with me a list of symptoms i was having and she didnt even care to listen to me or look at my own notes on my health. She sent me for testing that cost me an excessive amount of money just for that testing facility to never give me my results and now I have an extreme amount of bills from it. She prescribed me medication, which didnt address my health issues. Also, offices usually call their patients and have you come back for a follow up, but my doctor never has checked in on me. I've tried numerous times to reschedule but everytime i talk to a receptionist their attitude never matches their professionalism. Not a single person from that office picks up the phone to call their patients, or to have a professional conversation, but they sure did have a lot of time to gossip about each other and other patients when I was there. This whole office is extremely unprofessional. Because I have had to wait months to hear back from my doctor, I have had to move to a whole new state to get the care that I need. I have seen my new doctor for only a week now and they have helped me more than the Atrium Health office ever will help. This doctors office is incompetent and very uncaring towards their patients. This office did absolutely nothing for me, dismissed all of my health concerns, and has forced me to move just to get the help I needed. If I didnt choose to move to get the medical help I needed, that these doctors totally dismissed me of, I wouldn't have found my health issues. Which by the way, the majority of my symptoms that I had written down for the ATRIUM HEALTH PRIMARY CARE facility to look at, helped my new doctor greatly to help diagnose my health conditions. This office needs new doctors or to teach these doctors some empathy and proper care, not gossip and forgetting their patients. I strongly advocate for people to speak up when talking to their doctors, especially when you come prepared with what you find wrong with yourself. Don't let these doctors dismiss you. And to the doctors, listen to your patients. If they have symptoms and they want to address it with you, dont be rude and dismiss people just because you think you have the power cause your doctors. We know our own bodies and you really should listen to your patients. THANK YOU ATRIUM HEALTH PRIMARY CARE FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

Blake is an amazing PA! He truly cares for you as a patient. My husband and I both see him and we could rave more about the time he spends with us, the fact that he genuinely cares about our health, and his patience. He is the best PCP we have ever had.

I was greeted by a friendly receptionist named Lauren. The nurse, Mallory, continued this positive experience. And finally, I saw PA Rachel White. I can’t describe how friendly she was! A breath of fresh air after a bad experience at Novant GoHealth in Mooresville. I highly recommend Atrium Urgent Care in Cornelius (they also have one in Mooresville now).
