Everyone at this practice is so nice and caring. Dr Baker is the best doctor I have ever seen. He is so incredibly kind! He listens to your concerns and makes certain to answer all my questions and concerns! Certainly deserves more than 5 stars!

My family sees Dr Brian Baker, we have been seeing him since 2008. He has a wonderful disposition and is very thorough. Most of the time if he cannot diagnose your situation he will refer you to a specialist in that field without hesitation.

My experience with Dr. Jeffrey was excellent. He was able to see me promptly after a description in the portal. He listened to all of my concerns, tested them all, then provided a clear summary and next steps. I am extremely pleased with our interaction.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Berger, and Atrium Family One Health. I have been a patient of Dr Berger around 5 years now. He is very professional, listens to the patient, includes the patient on medical decisions, and he is very compassionate and takes time to listen. It is very rare to find this in a practitioner these days it seems. I am so happy that I was able to become his patient and it is a privilege to write a review. If you or your family need healthcare, I would definitely recommend Dr Berger and Atrium Family One Care. The only issue I can say that exists is the difficulty of a new patient scheduling an immediate appointment. It is even difficult for established patients to schedule immediate appointments, however; Dr. Berger gave me a way around this. I trust him completely. I respect his professionalism and caring attitude. I most especially respect the fact that he takes time with each patient and listens. All around I would give them a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. Excellent care and excellent doctors, especially Dr Berger. The office is easily accessible from my I-77 and it's not difficult to find. I have never used their urgent Care, however they do have one. I have had occasion to see other doctors from this location and all have been wonderful. I encourage anybody seeking good medical primary Care or urgent Care to seek out Atrium Family One Health. Dr Brian Baker MD and his team are very attentive to my health care concerns. I joined this service about 3 years ago after moving to Huntersville from Massachusetts. My diabetes and heart disease are addressed with necessary consults and medication. Thank you Atrium for having such a caring team.
