Their billing department and customer service departments are exceedingly unprofessional. Before you could even get your question out, they are quick to get you off their line and transfer you to another department without even letting you know they're transferring you. It's very frustrating when you've been waiting on the line for 15 minutes and someone transfers you back into the queue to wait another 15 minutes for another representative. Even more concerning is that their billing practices are very questionable. I went to their Urgent Care office for a simple rash. All the doctor did was look at the rash, take a guess at what he thought it may be and referred me to see a dermatologist. They didn't give me any medication, nor was any procedure performed, yet they billed me almost $300 for that visit. About a week later, I visited one of their Primary Care doctors to establish care and to get my annual screenings. They decided to Bill me AGAIN for the rash in addition to the annual visit when I had JUST SEEN their urgent care physician for the rash. These people try to squeeze as much money out of the patient as possible. This is not a company that has the best interest of their patients in mind. They are all about THE MONEY.

Just moved to Huntersville. My health needs were addressed immediately. The office staff, technicians, medical aides and nurse practitioner were absolutely fabulous. They were professional friendly knowledgeable caring; they listened to my concerns and addressed all my health needs. I am thankful

Everyone at this practice is so nice and caring. Dr Baker is the best doctor I have ever seen. He is so incredibly kind! He listens to your concerns and makes certain to answer all my questions and concerns! Certainly deserves more than 5 stars!

I would not trade Dr. Myers (and staff) for anyone. From my very first visit, until my most recent, she has always given me to upmost care and very attentive to me. She even came and apologized to me for being late, which I was only in the room for about five minutes. VERY THOUGHTFUL!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Berger, and Atrium Family One Health. I have been a patient of Dr Berger around 5 years now. He is very professional, listens to the patient, includes the patient on medical decisions, and he is very compassionate and takes time to listen. It is very rare to find this in a practitioner these days it seems. I am so happy that I was able to become his patient and it is a privilege to write a review. If you or your family need healthcare, I would definitely recommend Dr Berger and Atrium Family One Care. The only issue I can say that exists is the difficulty of a new patient scheduling an immediate appointment. It is even difficult for established patients to schedule immediate appointments, however; Dr. Berger gave me a way around this. I trust him completely. I respect his professionalism and caring attitude. I most especially respect the fact that he takes time with each patient and listens. All around I would give them a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. Excellent care and excellent doctors, especially Dr Berger. The office is easily accessible from my I-77 and it's not difficult to find. I have never used their urgent Care, however they do have one. I have had occasion to see other doctors from this location and all have been wonderful. I encourage anybody seeking good medical primary Care or urgent Care to seek out Atrium Family One Health.
