Jennifer Roach PA was wonderful, thorough, caring, and professional. The other staff, there were great as well and I had a very nice encounter with all of them. The only reason for the four stars instead of five is that you have to go to labCorp in another office down the hall, to get your blood drawn. You have to register and get in line. The wait was up to an hour after you got registered registered the day I was there. I really wish the office would draw the blood and take it to LabCorp for you. It would have made the experience five stars.

Going into the appointment with Dr. Croitor was very scary for me. I have always had Mitral Valve Prolapse but did not know how bad it had gotten. Having always been healthy and very active, I was very nervous and scared. She eased my nerves and fears! She spent time answering all my questions. She took great time with my wife and I. She was very apologetic about my having to have surgery. We were prepared to hear those words. Overall, Dr. Croitor was very approachable, caring. friendly and informative concerning my case. I was very pleased with her as my Cardiologist and with my choose with Sanger Heart and Vascular Institute!

I'm very pleased with Dr. Rinaldi. He was informative and to the point. He explained what the next step is and what was feasible and what was not. He explained very clearly what my individual problem is and the probable outcome. I appreciated that very much. I also want to mention Marisol who did the preliminary work up. She was friendly and efficient. I appreciated that as well. All in all I feel it was a very good visit.
