Bella Nails Spa & Bar

I’ve been to Bella’s twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. My first appointment was with Tina, and she was wonderful. It was my first time trying Gel X, and I specifically wanted a short, skinny almond shape with black French tips. She brought my vision to life perfectly — they turned out exactly how I imagined and looked beautiful. For my second visit, Tina was away for a few months, so I scheduled with Karen for a fill and pedicure. That experience was just as great. I tried the new Jasmine pedicure, and it was incredibly relaxing. Overall, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at Bella’s and would definitely recommend them.

I had an amazing experience with Lan and Lee at the nail salon! They were both so friendly, professional, and talented. They took their time to make sure my nails looked perfect and paid great attention to every detail. The salon was clean, relaxing, and welcoming, and I left feeling so happy with the results. My nails have never looked better! I highly recommend Lin and Lee to anyone looking for excellent service and beautiful nails. I will definitely be coming back!

Always amazing! Had the Jasmine pedicure which was the perfect way to relax. Also had my nails rod with acrylic and a gel French. Steven and Ty were such a great team had me out of there in less than an hour and a half.

I had a last-minute cancellation at my usual salon the week before vacation, so I booked at Bella after seeing they offered Gel-X. I received a gel pedicure and a full set of Gel-X extensions with a very minimal design on two fingers on each hand. The pedicure itself was good and priced about what I’d expect ($30 plus a $24 gel add-on). No complaints there. The issue was with the nails and the lack of price transparency. The website listed a Gel-X full set at $70, which felt standard. However, that price did not include any nail prep or manicure services. There was no cuticle care or prep typically included with this service at other salons. Then I was asked what shape I wanted and was offered almond. I said yes. Later, I saw a $7 “special shape upgrade” added to my receipt — something that was never mentioned to me beforehand. Charging extra for a basic shape without disclosing it felt misleading. For the design, I asked for something extremely simple: white polka dots on one finger on each hand and a small white Mickey silhouette on one finger on each hand for our Disney trip. I even showed a photo. The tech continued adding to the design beyond what I requested, which put me in an awkward position to correct her, and I was later charged $15 for this “minimal design” that wasn’t what I asked for. When the total came to $155, I was honestly shocked and asked for an itemized receipt so I could understand the charges. I did not discuss the pricing and walked out because I was so frustrated with what had just happened- I’m posting now, a week later after my trip, so that no one else has to experience what I did. I’ve had Gel-X done at several other salons locally and typically pay around $70 for a full set that includes proper cuticle care, the shape of my choice, and sometimes even a small design (or a clearly stated $10 design fee). The lack of communication here made me feel like I was being pushed into upgrades without my consent. I’m giving two stars because the pedicure was well done, but the pricing practices and lack of transparency for the nail service were very disappointing.
