BenchMark Physical Therapy

This was the BEST experience I’ve ever had. Having had a car accident that left me with neck and lower back pain and unable to workout, I was not sure what to expect. Felix and team pushed me to be my best. I felt he was my personal trainer as I’d leave there feeling a better version of myself each time. I recently completed PT sessions at Benchmark in Mooresville and what a positive experience. From the second you walk in you are greeted with so much warmth. Everyone makes you feel like a part of their gang. Every session was tailored to my needs and how I felt that day. There was never a cookie cutter plan. I left there feeling so much better each session and my neck and back feel better than it has in a long time. I cannot recommend Halley, Stacy and Felix enough. They are kind and encouraging, yet push you to do your absolute most. This team is the best and I highly recommend!!

I went to Benchmark Physical Therapy in Mooresville for about two months to address a hamstring issue that had been nagging me for quite a while. As a runner, this was really frustrating — but working with Felix completely changed things for me. Within just a few weeks, I noticed a definite improvement. Felix was incredibly attentive and really tuned in to what was going on with my body. He adjusted workouts based on how I was progressing, and made the entire experience positive, motivating, and productive. He’s just awesome to work with — knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. The whole team at Benchmark was also fantastic — super friendly and welcoming. I never once felt out of place or awkward, which can sometimes happen in clinical settings. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a supportive and effective physical therapy experience!
