I called Mason to discuss if my pool needed any work done. He sent someone over immediately. They took tons of pictures to evaluate. They were respectful, kind and most importantly Honest! They could have easily told me that I needed all kinds of work done but they didn’t. I would 100% recommend them for any and all your pool needs! I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company was honestly disappointing. From the beginning, the staff came across as rude and dismissive anytime I asked simple questions. Instead of trying to help, they acted annoyed and hostile, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately this company seems to lack basic professionalism and respect for customers. I understand everyone has bad days, but the attitude I received was completely unnecessary. I won’t be returning and would not recommend them based on how I was treated.
