Our story

It's a nice park. I go there for the pokemon go spots but my kids love the size of the park and all the places to hide away from the playground from hide and seek. When they were smaller they enjoyed the playground. It's a pretty big boat launch and theres not typically high traffic in the park but getting in and out at the wrong time of day take FOREVER

One of my favorite fishing spots to take my kayak and paddle around to fish. New to this area but after visiting several boat landings this is one of my top favorites. Absolutely, beautiful sunset views!

The park has two main woody areas. One on the right close to the first parking lot as you come in and the other to the left of the huge parking lot you get to if you continue on the road where all kinds of boats etc park. There is also a volleyball camp near the entrance. The second park is by the water, there is a short walk you can take. It's very pleasant to sit in the picnic tables. There is no beach, there are rocks between the grass and the water.

This park is great! It has a playground for kids, volleyball, lake access and picnic tables. Probably has more, but we didn't explore it all. It's the perfect place to take your family, hammock and picnic while enjoying the view.
