Boat Rack Marina

Boat Rack Service Department, I received excellent service on my Chaparral yesterday. The team installed a new ProMariner battery charger. Josh worked with the vendor to replace the charger that was under warranty. While the boat was out of the water, the crew also replaced my trim sensor that was acting up. Much appreciated! The crew at the Boat Rack was very accommodating to address my issues, both planned and unplanned. Though my issues were minor, in the scheme of things, it's great to know I have a customer focused team servicing my boat. Thanks to Rich, Jessica, Josh, Kyle, and the forklift operator for the help.

Called to get my boat detailed. They told me it was $20/ft for inside and out. When I got the boat back and put it up on my lift I noticed the hull was still dirty. Apparently, the hull isn’t part of the outside and they want to charge another $220+ to clean the hull.

I had an intermittent issue with my boat on a weekend. I called the Boat Rack service department and spoke to Leah. This was in late April on a Monday, she and her team were able to get me worked in same day, if I could get the boat over to them. On my way to the shop, my boat broke down. I called Richard and told him my dilemma, he sent Josh out in less than 30-minutes, with a laptop to troubleshoot my issues and tow me in. Next day I get a call and the boat was ready and repaired under warranty. Thank you Leah, Richard, and Josh for making me feel like a valued customer, I am happy with my boat purchase and service from the Boat Rack! Russ Edwards
