BP D Mart #9 Hwy 3

Cashiers do not know how to use Earnify app, which they widely advertise on every gas pump and inside their store. Everytime I go here its an issue and they always say they cant do it. Meanwhile, it works great at the BP gas station on Rocky River. Ill be going there from now on.

The gas station seems okay enough but stay away from the car wash if you care about your car's finish.

Always easy in and out. Car wash does an excellent job.

I go to this station all the time for car washes. Lately the blow driers have been out of service. The first time I let it go. The second time I went back inside and asked for a free carwash for when they get fixed. The weekend guy said "No" - I said "I didn't get what I paid for" - he said "You got your car washed" - I said "Yes but I paid for a dry too". He said "Too bad". I asked for the name and number of the owner. I was told to come back during the week and ask for Mohammad. Really Man! Doesn't cost you a penny to just give me a ticket for another wash - especially when you told me that you knew the blowers were broken - plus it would be great customer service. I'm SURE the folks that I see during the week would not have been this unresponsive - they are usually VERY nice. And I'm also pretty sure Mohammad won't read this and give me a free wash/dry when the carwash is fixed. But I thought it best to leave this review anyway for others. 9/2/2024 Follow up to my above post. Mohammad made good on his promise to make things right. I stopped by, he was VERY friendly and professional and gave me 2 free car washes as promised. Thank you sir! I'm moving my rating from a 1 star to 4 stars. I'd have given 5 but I still had the initial problem with a cranky employee - hopefully he got some "coaching".
