Bruster’s is one of those places that does ice cream right. Assortment of rotating flavors, and always fresh. Fun fact: they actually make the ice cream in-house every single day, which totally explains why it tastes better than standard chain ice cream. Friendly staff, quick service, and perfect for a walk-up treat on a warm day. My only critique: it's not creamy enough, and I think ColdStone does a better waffle cone. On a hot day, you let it melt just a tad, it's excellent. Otherwise, the ice cream is a bit stiff. I prefer a soft serve style, just my personal preference...

Not impressed with my medium cup only 3/4 full. I questioned the girl and she told me they measure the amount of ice cream for every cup. They better adjust their measurements!! Mad at myself for accepting this!! Ridiculous…I spent $38.38 for 3 mediums and a small cup.

Come here quite often throughout the year. This is the first time my order was completed incorrectly. I asked for 3 different flavored scoops. Received the same for all 3. I was the only one waiting at the window so it wasn't a mistake on my part. I didn't raise a stink and opted to just take what was made, as there more important things to worry about. Suggestion make sure your "scoopers" read the entire order and maybe less chit chat after reading the order.

Highly recommend the pistachio ice cream- there’s real pistachios in it!
Regular waffle cone comes with 3 scoops, it’s very filling and delicious. Lots of outdoor seating, and there’s a brewery nearby / next door to check out too.
