Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop

This place is charming, cozy, and the pies are to die for. I bought a full sized key lime pie and got a small chocolate pie. The chocolate pie was delicious and rich. The key lime pie was phenomenal. I would like to consider myself pretty critical of key lime pies since they’re my favorite dessert….and trust me when I tell you…they do it right! Definitely top 3 key lime pies I’ve had. Highly recommend! Definitely worth going out of your way to come out here. The one thing I will say, the pies were pricey. Little expensive but I guess you pay for what you get…and what you get, is great pie.

This holiday season was my first visit to Sky Pie at Birkdale Village due to a friend's recommendation. All I can say is it is SO REFRESHING to know there are still businesses who believe in exceptional customer care and put their customers first! After picking up my holiday pie order (Chocolate Cream Pie), it was noticed that I was accidentally given a Coconut Cream Pie. After speaking with the shop, I was shocked to hear that my correct pie was going to be DELIVERED right to my home! Not only was that incredibly helpful as I was preparing to host a holiday party, I was pleasantly surprised when I was also given a package of beautiful holiday cookies, and told to keep the Coconut Cream Pie (due to regulations for food industry, it could not be taken back), at no charge. I was prepared to pay for the additional pie and cookies but was politely refused. In addition to that incredible customer care, both pies AND cookies were DELICIOUS!!!!! Worth every penny! I will be a regular customer at Sky Pie, without a doubt!!

Well... I gotta be honest... I hate nuts in a good pie. And I don't like coconut. But we had the I-40... And everything I knew about my own personal pie standards has changed. And ... Gluten free options? Highly recommend!

This is an incredible little pie shop! I pre ordered an apple pie and a pumpkin pie for an event, and they got cleaned out quick! The apple pie was stellar, delicious crust and toppings with the spiced apples on the inside. I’m not a huge fan of pumpkin pie, however, I fell in love with their pumpkin pie and would buy it over and over again. Great service, beautiful and delectable product, so worth it

Awesome experience today. I popped up to use my welcome to the Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop Club free mini pie with the purchase of a mini pie. I was greeted by very sweet employees that were telling me all about the pies and their favorites. The addition of a pie shop in Birkdale is just a perfect thing! And with the holidays just around the corner, get your orders in and these pies would make great gifts! PS I brought home pumpkin and apple pies & they were both so D E L I C I O U S! Update, after dinner at Inizio in Birkdale landing in January 2023, we popped into Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop and devoured the delicious chocolate pie! You have to try it!
