Cadence Mooresville

We brought my wife to Memory Care at Cadence in Mooresville in July of 2025. From the time we arrived until the present we have been treated with the utmost respect and genuine concern for our loved one and for our family. The staff has been remarkable in their care for my wife and has gone the extra mile many times. With Amy Newman as administrator and Madeline Yerger as Memory Care director, there is no other place that I would rather have my wife. They, and the entire staff, are committed to caring for all the residents entrusted to their care. I would highly recommend to anyone in search of a facility for a loved one to reach out to Cadence and allow them to demonstrate what is offered here.

Their care team is compassionate and proactive, and the support staff creates a seamless, welcoming atmosphere. Cadence Mooresville is such a welcoming community! We recently came in for a tour and had a great experience. Amy Newman, the Executive Director, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what she does. She took the time to walk us through the community, answer all of our questions, and really explain how they care for and support their residents. You can tell she truly cares about the people who live there and takes pride in the community she leads. The staff were all so welcoming and kind, which really stood out. Everyone we passed greeted us and made the environment feel warm and inviting.

If you are looking for a place for a loved one to be taken care of, loved and feel like home then this is the place. Cadence of Mooresville made my loved one feel like they were at home. It all starts with their amazing Executive Director Amy Newman, who takes a hands on approach with the care of my loved one. She always is around for questions and gives direct and most improtanly honest answers. Even when i didnt want to beleive how my loved one was doing, i respected the honesty because in the end it was what was best for them and made them happy. Her staff is amazing from the everyday care takers to her leadership team. They are always around to ensure the utmost care and attention to detail is followed. Such a diverse group of people that brings such joy to the community. I always enjoyed walking in and being greeted by someone whether it was the concierge or her business office manger, Nicole. Had plenty of conversations with her to ensure everything was taken care of so that my loved ones care never faltered. I cant speak enough of this place and how well my loved one was cared for that i would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a place for a loved one to call home.

Took a tour looking for a place for our 90+ old parents. We were very impressed, so much so, that's where we've decided as a family, that's going to be their new home. Josh has been great. Follow-up has been great. He definitely has a calling and a heart for helping people.
