Caribou Coffee

I come here regularly because it’s the closest coffee shop to my house and I really love the drinks but I have issues almost every time. For starters, the staff is never friendly. They’re never busy and always take forever. I always get espresso whip and half the time I get my drink with no whip at all. Not sure if they don’t have any or what but at least let me know and ask me if I want something else? Nope they just hand me my drink with two inches of room at the top with no topping. I never complain but today I am because it happened once again and I also ordered two bagels and was only given one cream cheese after waiting 15 minutes for my order while being the only customer in the drive thru. So they messed up two things today on my very simple order. Don’t have time to stay and have them fix it as it will probably take them 15 more minutes to get me a cream cheese and they have already wasted enough of my time. Edit: they also didn’t slice or toast either of my bagels, which I definitely requested. They messed up three of the 4 things that I ordered. Great job guys 🍪

Stopped in for Saturday morning caffeine fix. Welcoming atmosphere, cashier and barista was friendly, and plenty of seating. Always a tasty cup of coffee.

Disappointing experience once again at this coffee shop. Went to the drive thru this morning (Feb 21) with my kids, ordered 3 drinks. 1 was wrong. Asked them to fix. Got an attitude. Drink came back wrong again. “Is this better?” Ignored the attitude and just said thank you, didn’t want to get into it with kids in the car. Won’t be back. Mistakes happen but the consistent theme at this place is bad attitudes and people who don’t listen.

UPDATE: We followed up to the email given as per their request and still have yet to hear anything from anyone. Really sad, hopefully just slow to respond? We've been here many times through the drive thru and never had the horrible service we had today. A simple holiday drink that took just about 11 minutes to make (VERY SLOW) and then was made incorrectly. All while we watched many others arrive after us and all left before us. The young lady with long black hair that served the drink to us either needs a reality check in customer service or find another job. Coming from someone that has worked in customer service for nearly 27 yrs, when you roll your eyes at a customer that is simply asking why the drink was not correct, sweetheart you crossed the line. We have some friends that were waiting inside previously for drinks and all they heard were the employees talking crap about other customers. THAT IS NOT OKAY! Management needs to step in and take control because that type of attitude, poor customer service, lack of care for your surroundings can cause you some problems you may not want to face. Hope this changes & is taken care of soon/quickly!!!

This was my first time going into a caribou coffee in literal years. It was a welcoming, warm inviting atmosphere. The nice cashier girl was very respectful and nice customer service with a smile. It was my first time in there so she was patient with me and also informative. I ended up getting that nitro iced coffee. I believe it was. It was absolutely delicious. Kept me good and energized my entire dashing session which was a few hours. Probably like 5 hours of dashing. The lemon cake is absolutely Divine. My daughter loved the I believe it was like a cinnamon type of swirl cake like a cinnamon bun. And there was a chocolate cake pop. It was so good she ate all of it. At least I got a piece of the lemon cake LOL. I absolutely will be going back way. Way better than the $tars of bucks IYKYK
