I generally wait about a month before writing a review because sometimes post-remodel you notice "stuff". I am pleased to report that a month after the final walk through, everything has been fine. We updated a 14x14 master bathroom - new floor, new soaking tub, converted old walk in shower with lip to a practically zero entry walk in shower, smart toilet, new vanity configuration. repaint. Here are their strong points: 1. Carolina Creek staff listen to their customer and make great suggestions. I had in mind what I thought I wanted and the end result is a little different than my original idea. I think it came out great. 2. Work crew showed up on time, did their work efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. This project was quoted at two weeks and they would have finished except we had a little hiccup with a reorder of a counter. (which was expedited...) I liked the fact that they were professional, pleasant and not really the chatty type. 3. Any small alterations could be accommodated and punch lists that I gave them were completed. 4. I had to wait a few weeks from initial inspection/quote to actual work starting but it was a reasonable wait. I personally think that a contractor that is "immediately available" in our market is brand new or available for a reason (and not always the best reason). 5. Renovation cost (I'm sure this is what you're really interested in because I'm always looking for this in a review) - very reasonable. To give you perspective, my quote was about $35K+ below the contractor recommended by Home Depot and about $15K above the lowest quote (which did not include painting and I would have to source my toilet, soaking tube and vanity). I am sure if I chose different materials, my costs could go higher. However I follow the idea that the cost of your bathroom should be commensurate with the house. Should I ever choose to sell the home, I believe anyone would love this bathroom. I highly recommend Carolina Creek as a contractor for bathroom renovation. They will certainly be the first I call when I decide to tackle the upstairs bathrooms.

Wayne & his helper (daughter Sarah), installed my new beautiful walk-in shower. They did a wonderful job! The Stone walls are beautiful….I’m beyond happy! Here’s a before and after photo…..I may be a little biased when it comes to Carolina Creek, because my son, Brad, owns the company! I’m beyond proud of him, and the wonderful company he has built….it makes me very happy seeing all these 5-star reviews, and now that Brad has put a new shower in my bathroom, I see why everyone is so happy! Mama approves and loves you.
