We chose Brandon and Carolina Fence Creations because they are a local family run business, they offer high quality fencing at reasonable prices, and worked with us to create exactly what we needed even though it was not a huge job. The quality of the fence is top notch. Brandon was great to work with and gave great communication throughout the process. Even when there was a tiny hiccup with the materials due to his supplier he still completed the job as promised and did not use any lower quality material.

One of the few fence companies that returned my call for a fence repair job. Contacted me right away and remained in constant contact with me about the estimate and actual work. Our first communication was on June 26 and the work was performed July 12. Brandon came out on the agreed upon date and time. He preformed the work in one day and fixed more issues than he estimated without raising the price. I definitely recommend Brandon due to his constant communicated, quick response, professionalism and quality work.

If you are looking for a new fence or fence repair, I highly recommend Brandon! A portion of our fence fell down and needed to be repaired. He quickly came out to look at the fence, talked through everything with me, and gave an accurate estimate. It was easy to tell how knowledgeable he is, and I appreciated how detailed he was about exactly what he would be doing and replacing. He did the job quickly and beautifully. The fence looks great, and he left our yard spotless. I was at work while he was doing some of the work, and he even sent texts with photos to update me on the progress. He is friendly, responsive, professional, and does incredible work. I can't recommend him enough!

Wonderful experience working with Brandon on our split rail fence. They came on time for the initial quote when the competitor (another local company) failed to show up at all. He communicated with us throughout the job and worked to get it done quickly before we moved in. The price was very reasonable and the craftsman ship looks great. Would definitely recommend.

Update: The double gate began to sag, and the latch won't work properly. I contacted them over a month ago and received a response that they would come fix it. I have texted several other times and received no response, and they gate still has not been fixed. They did a good job building the fence, but the follow up has been atrocious.After a month, the issue is still not fixed. As such, I can no longer recommend them. We got 5 quotes from different companies, and Brandon's was by far the cheapest. He's a very personable, down to earth guy who does his best to make things happen. He treats you like family. While communication was a little sporadic, they did a good job with the fence. It looks great, and I've already gotten compliments. It did take them 2.5 days to finish the fence, but I didn't mind since they are a small business, concrete had to set, etc. Overall, I am very pleased with the fence and have already recommended him to others.
