Trust me, if you want unbiased information/assistance with your Medicare journey, like I did, do not hesitate to trust Carolina Senior Benefits. Joey Kennerly, professionally, patiently, and knowledgeably walked me through the entire process, so that I could make the right choice for me. Don't try to navigate the process yourself. Their assistance is completely free. They work with all of the MediGap, and Medicare Advantage plans for our area. The other added advantage that I didn't realize, is that they'll help you navigate the system 24/7. Maybe you have problems with a claim, or finding out which physicians, pharmacies, or hospital groups, are " in network", they will hold your hand. Highly recommend that you take the time to talk to them. You're worth it!

Joey with Carolina Senior Benefits was the agent that I spoke to. He explained everything to me and was very helpful in making my decision on who to get my Medicare started. I had known some of them carriers and he went through the two that I wanted to pick and he explained everything to me and was very clear on what was what on each policy. His very acknowledgable and he's very well spoken and he was just a nice person to talk to. I highly recommend them.
