Amazing experience during the entire process, highly recommend. Natalie was wonderful to work with, super knowledgeable, responsive and consultative with great ideas! We truly have my dream kitchen and I could not be happier with everything. Not to mention every single trade she arranged (installers, plumber, electrician, etc...) were over the top, on time, professional and super great to work with.

I couldn't be happier with Natalie and the CCKB team. My husband and I took on a total house remodel - on our own. Natalie was patient, knowledgeable and was literally there to talk me down off a few ledges as the stress of decision making overwhelmed me. Price was VERY competitive, and she had many options for us to choose from to get us the level of quality we expected for each area of our home. She knew how to work with all the lines they carry to create our perfect look. After many quotes from other area companies, CCKB was an easy choice. Shout out to their recommended fabricator A-Cut-Above for a seamless install of the countertops.

Unfortunately, we were not given the opportunity to spend our money here. We walked into the showroom and the lady working the front looked us up and down as if we should not be there even looking. I guess wearing our gym clothes makes us look like we have no money. We filled out the paperwork to have someone call us about our job. Never even a decency to call us. Glad we found an incredible renovation company that has been phenomenal and happily took our $300k. If you are not all dressed up when you walk in be prepared to be treated not well. Being kind is free let’s do better.

We shopped around to add 2 matching cabinets to our pantry in our recently built home. Carolina Custom Kitchen was nearly half the price of 2 competitors recommended by our builder. They actually returned our call promptly; seems a rarity for businesses these days. The cabinets were an exact match with our others, came in before the estimated delivery date, and were installed beautifully. We are very pleased with Carolina Custom Kitchen.
