I am impressed with this place!!! All the coaches are amazing. My 11-year-old son started two weeks ago and didn't miss one day. I mean, he only has Sunday off 🤦♀️🙄🤣 we tried other places, but thus far this is the winner! Keep up the excellent work!👌🙌

I had never had a gym membership before and knew it was time to get in better shape. I started with the 6-week challenge with a personal trainer and after that moved onto the group classes. The coaches have all been fantastic to work with and take the time in classes to make sure I am doing the exercises correctly. I can't believe the physical changes I have achieved in just 3 months. I would highly recommend Champions for anyone looking for a new program. The community and coaches are all very welcoming and the exercise programs are challenging for any level.

Our boys (9 and 13) have been going to Champions for the last month and we couldn’t be happier! Because we know the owners, we knew of Champions but weren’t sure what to expect. I signed our boys up over winter break to give them something to do until soccer started back up in the spring. When I dropped them off the first day I told them to expect that conditioning would be hard work and not “fun” like soccer. Our boys proved me wrong- they have a lot of fun, are getting faster and stronger and look forward to going each time. Most of all I appreciate the culture the Klines and Logan have created- it’s great that kids in the Lake Norman area have a space where they can leave stronger physically, mentally and emotionally. Thanks Champions!

My wife and I have been attending Champions from nearly the beginning. Along the way we have been pushed, have failed, have succeeded, and have made great friends. Our 6 year old daughter has recently started to attend and you can clearly see a difference in all of her sports she plays because of how she has been trained and taught how to move like an athlete at Champions. All this is made possible by the amazing staff like Logan, Sierra, Jon, and all the others. I would recommend Champions to anyone who is looking to train properly and more efficiently and anyone who has that young athlete that is looking to get an edge. If I could’ve given them 6 stars I would’ve.

I played soccer at a top D1 school and now have been playing professionally overseas for 7 years…I just discovered Champions this summer, and I can honestly say my biggest regret is that I didn't find out about it sooner!!
The staff are nice, warm, welcoming & incredibly knowledgeable about everything. The workouts are unique and really push your body to the limit, without overdoing it. I’ve done solo lifting, group weight classes, and speed and agility training sessions here with various coaches and they’re all not just a great workout, but filled with tips on proper technique and mechanics to get better long term and for me to build upon the stuff I’ve learned throughout my career. The workouts here are comparable, if not better, than the professional workouts I’m used to. And I’ve had various strength, conditioning, speed, and agility coaches from all over the world, so that’s saying something!
I used to train on my own over the summer/off season and combine workouts from previous professional clubs & college teams…but it got to be nearly impossible to continue pushing myself at a hard level when there was no one else I could compare myself too and the workouts got to be too monotonous. As a result, I might skip a session or two and then seriously regret it come preseason. But now, I come in a few times a week and know I’m getting fitter, faster, and stronger. It also takes a lot of the stress off of me to try to figure out what exercises and how much of everything I need to do in order to be the best athlete I can be. Here, I know I’m in great hands!! I HIGHLY recommend this for any aspiring athlete…I wish I had this tool when I was younger!!
