I wouldn't recommend them. They incorrectly listed my truck camper as a travel trailer on our first quote, then refused to cover it after being told for 2 months prior to the start of the policy that they would and it wouldn't be a "problem" to cover it. Then after waiting until the week before the policy was supposed to start, they refused to cover it and then added it as "customized equipment". Finally, after they added the customized equipment they dropped comprehensive coverage and charged me a "short policy fee" for "canceling" even though they dropped me. The customer service on this has been beyond pitiful and I'm still dealing with getting this short policy fee because of the ineptitude and lack of truthfulness. Make sure you get everything in writing, as thats the only thing saving me right now with this whole debacle. I was explicitly told multiple times that the camper was covered. I'll be uploading photos as proof. This owner is clearly terrible since they can't be bothered to review their own employees communication. I sent the invoice for the camper to prove what it was on the date of 2/13. We were very clear when we initiated the policy what we were covering, then after it was added as "customized equipment" the insurer dropped comprehensive. So, please, you the person reading this, do your due diligence and decide if it was the consumer here with proof that was incorrect, or the "owner" of said business who initiated a policy they didn't understand what they were selling, and reassured us on multiple occasions that we were fine, only to have comprehensive dropped (which they refuse to acknowledge, on their suggestion of "customized equipment" the first day of the policy start. I specifically would not have started the policy if they had been honest about the lack of coverage to begin. I was not given enough time between their refusal to cover the camper and then the dropped comprehensive to end the coverage. Also, I specifically would not have paid them for coverage had I know they were going to drop comprehensive (required due to having a lien on the vehicle) and not given me the coverage I initially agreed to. As can be seen in the photos of the actual conversation with their agent. I stand behind every review I write, and I the owner really wants to be honest they would have acknowledged the reason for the Chick-fil-A review wasn't "didn't like the parking lot", but clearly honesty isn't a thing here.

My last insurance company was closing so I was left looking for a new one. Churchwell was recommended to me by a coworker who was also with them. Once I called them, they were so incredibly attentive and professional. They not only found me a new homeowners policy, but was even able to find new a better auto policy while they were at it. Through all the moves and all the changes, they have always been so polite, understanding, and accommodating. I highly recommend their services, not only because of the insurance they provide, but because of the customer service that comes along with it.

I’ve purchased my home and car insurance through Churchwell. The team there is always a pleasure to speak with and quick to help out. Chase was extremely helpful. I need some additional renters insurance in Georgia, but unfortunately they couldn’t help but Chase was quick to point me in the right direction so I could get set up. He was very friendly, professional and prompt with every step of the way.
