Highly recommend! Customer service is unmatched. I called on a Saturday afternoon and there was someone at my house Sunday morning assessing and fixing the issue that was not an emergency nor was I charged a higher rate due to a weekend. Extremely knowledgeable and down to earth team, from the top down. Personally worked with Reggie and Dan, who are some of the best in the industry. They have a very straightforward approach and don’t give you any BS to fluff up the price, they actually found ways to reduce the price. All in all, if you have any septic or plumbing issues, Clearwater is the company to go with.

Our septic issue started on Saturday night of Memorial Day weekend, and we were worried it would be difficult to find someone available. We called on Sunday, and Reginald and his teammate came out within a couple of hours. They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and provided a fair quote. What really impressed us was their dedication to helping us. Reginald was able to locate a replacement pump over the holiday weekend and returned on Memorial Day to complete the repair. Throughout the process, they were professional, friendly, and patient in answering all of our questions. We are incredibly grateful that they took time away from their holiday weekend to help us in a stressful situation. Their responsiveness, expertise, and customer service were outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing septic services!
