Cloud Nine Play

Oh my goodness! The cutest play place ever! There is endless play and overall, the cutest decor. The owners are so sweet and this place is so clean. I'm glad mooresville has a place like this. My kids had endless fun and we will be back for sure! I love this play place!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A few moms and I from Tiny Tots & Teens of Lake Norman stopped by Cloud Nine on Monday right at opening to check it out before planning a future group playdate, and we had a really great experience. We had five moms and six kids, and even with a couple of other families already there, the space felt calm, comfortable, and easy to enjoy. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted, and my children were immediately welcomed by Tina, the owner. She’s originally from North Carolina, so it felt especially nice supporting a local. I had filled out the waiver ahead of time, but the other moms were able to complete theirs on their phones or use the iPad at the facility. Tina also mentioned they’ll be adding a QR code soon, which will make check-in even smoother. There is an admission fee for both kids and parents, and grip socks are required. You can bring your own or purchase them there, which was super convenient. The space is thoughtfully set up with tables for families, cubbies and hooks for shoes and bags, and a complimentary coffee and popcorn station. The coffee is served in reusable, eco-friendly mugs (and they have the cutest ones to choose from), with a nice variety of flavored options. The play area is on the smaller side, which we actually loved because it made supervising easier. The kids had a blast with the interactive screen, slides, swing, indoor trampoline, mini obstacle course, and ball pit. There’s also a carousel and a reading nook in the back. Bathrooms are adorable, spacious, and had changing tables. Overall, Cloud Nine feels warm, intentional, and very family-friendly. It’s the kind of place where you can relax a bit while your kids play safely, and we’re really looking forward to coming back!

What a wonderful, warm, and loving kids play place! The owner is so welcoming and friendly, I loved chatting with her while my kid played. She's involved and present which is so amazing in itself. They offer free popcorn and coffee (iykyk) with tables to sit and hang out at. The play area is clean, inviting, and safe. A ball pit, slide, trampoline, and a couple of interactive areas. They also have a smaller area towards the back geared more towards younger children with a padded carousel, pretend play and a library. We will definitely be back!

Brand New Facility!!! Great value & customer service. My kids love this place. Extremely clean with nice bathrooms with changing table. I love the fact that parents have a seating area with complimentary popcorn and coffee. We’ll be coming back and likely booking a birthday party soon.

If you are looking for an amazing indoor playground look no further. My girls had an amazing time and we will definitely be back. The owners were super welcoming and loved the decoration. They offer free popcorn and coffee with our visit and really enjoyed it. Very clean, safe and looking forward to our next visit.
