⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely LOVE Club Pup Lake Norman!! We can’t say enough great things about this place! Our dogs, Izzy and Whiskey, have been going to their doggy daycare, and they get SO excited every time we pull into the parking lot. The energy, the staff, the whole vibe — it’s all amazing. About a month ago, we used Club Pup for a 10+ day boarding stay while we were on vacation, and it honestly gave us such peace of mind. Izzy and Whiskey had an absolute blast! They were around dogs their size, got tons of playtime, and you can tell they were treated with so much love and attention. When we picked them up, they were happy, tired (in the best way!), and clearly bonded with the staff. Every single employee we’ve met has been super friendly and genuinely cares about the animals. It feels like they love your pets just as much as you do. If you’re looking for a place where your dogs will be safe, happy, and excited to go back — Club Pup Lake Norman is 100% the place. We HIGHLY recommend it!

Club Pups Lake Norman has been an absolute game-changer for us and our Shiba Inu, Kylo. We bring him here three days a week for daycare, and it’s clear from the moment we pull into the parking lot how much he loves it. Kylo gets so excited to see his friends—both the furry and human kind—and practically sprints to the door every morning. The staff at Club Pups are incredible. They’re friendly, professional, and genuinely care about each dog in their care. It’s easy to tell they love what they do, and they’ve taken the time to get to know Kylo’s personality and quirks. He always comes home happy, tired, and well-socialized, which gives us peace of mind knowing he’s getting great exercise and attention throughout the day. We love how clean and well-maintained the facility is, and the communication from the staff is always prompt and helpful. Whether it’s a quick update or just a warm hello during drop-off and pick-up, we feel completely confident trusting them with our pup. If you’re looking for a place where your dog will be treated like family, we couldn’t recommend Club Pups Lake Norman enough. Kylo gives it a big paw of approval!

Club Pups is an amazing boarding facility! I have brought my dog here for years and trust them to take care of my baby every time. The staff are always so nice and welcoming. I will not take my dog anywhere else! 10/10 recommend.

My dogs love it at Club Pups! They get so excited to go. The owners are hands on and really nice. It's easy to book an appointment. We bought a Daycare package. We're also going to board our boys when we go on vacation. I highly recommend!

My rescue pup had the best day playing with other dogs and the staff here at evaluation day. Prices and times are easily available online and they even have a text line. I love that they choose play groups based on temperament. I was so excited to see how happy and not anxious he was when I picked him up unlike previous stays at other places. You can tell the staff really cares about dogs here! He even had a cute little bandana when I picked him up, and a name tag that was provided. I loved the information folder I received with a little report card and Polaroid of a friend he made today. Thank you for taking care of my Milo! He will have lots of fun staying a few nights here next month and whenever I need in the future!
