I have been going to Dr. Coleman for years. I can not say enough great things about him as a doctor/dentist but his staff as well. I have never had an entire office so compassionate and professional. It is a wonderful experience to have a doctor/statf that listens and cares about the patient the way they do. I am grateful to all of them and know I am in the best hands. From the dental assistants to the office staff, you are truly blessed when you walk in their office. They are the model office for expertise and customer service! Thank you for all you do. Chris M.

My family and I were patients of Dr. Coleman for nearly 20 years, starting from when he was fairly new in practice. For many years we were very happy with the care. Unfortunately, about 10 years ago, the office seemed to shift toward a more sales-focused environment. It felt as though the staff had been trained to upsell services and products, and I began feeling hesitant even about routine cleanings because almost every visit came with a pitch for something extra. In fact, once your cleaning is done, you’re taken into an office where the sales pitch begins. For example, my oldest son went in for a simple cleaning and left with over $200 in products he didn’t need—at a time when he didn’t have much money. It didn’t feel like patient care anymore; it felt like sales pressure. The final straw for me was being told during a cleaning that two of my crowns needed to be replaced, at a cost of about $2,000 out of pocket. Wanting to be sure, I visited two other dentists for second opinions. Both told me the crowns did not need to be replaced and recommended an approach that I had previously asked Dr. Coleman about but had been told would not work. After that, we decided it was best for our family to move on. When I called to have our records transferred, no one asked why we were leaving after 20 years as patients. That in itself reinforced my sense that patient care was no longer the priority. A dentist’s office shouldn’t feel like a sales room. We are very happy with our new dentist and the patient-centered care we receive there. I truly wish the best for Dr. Coleman and his staff, and I hope the practice can refocus on patient needs rather than revenue.

Truly the best Dentist and staff I’ve ever seen. From the front staff to those assisting Dr.Coleman- all are SO kind and caring. They put me at ease immediately and check on me often to ensure I’m ok. You can also tell Dr. Coleman really cares and takes pride in the work he does- which has certainly been excellent for me and my family. I absolutely recommend him and his wonderful staff to anyone needing dental care!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Coleman and the entire team. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time and was very anxious about going back, especially knowing I needed quite a bit of work done. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel completely at ease. Every single person on staff is incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They took the time to clearly explain each procedure, answer all my questions, and even walked me through my insurance and payment options so there were no surprises. That alone made such a difference. What really stood out to me is how much they genuinely care about patient comfort. They have thoughtful options specifically for anxiety, even including things like weighted blankets! Also, Dr. Coleman personally calls to check on you after your appointment. That level of care and attention really meant a lot and made me feel like more than just a patient. I ended up getting a crown on one of my front teeth, and I’m beyond happy with how it turned out. It looks absolutely amazing and so natural. I’ve been so happy with my smile ever since. If you’ve been putting off going to the dentist because of anxiety like I was, this is 100% the place to go. Dr. Coleman and the team truly go above and beyond.

At 82, I have been to many dentists in my lifetime. Given that experience, I am happy to say unequivocally that Dr. Coleman and his staff have provided me with the finest dental services that I could possibly desire. Dr. Coleman continues to be at the very top of his profession. While some other dentists take the minimum courses to maintain their license to practice dentistry, Dr. Coleman makes a point of taking as many courses as possible to stay informed regarding the latest procedures and practices of his profession. I consider myself very fortunate to have found such a dedicated and skilled practitioner of dentistry. Everyone on his staff are both pleasant and highly skilled in their chosen field as well.
