Command Canine

Working with Command Canine has been an amazing experience from start to finish. They have a great system from the initial interest call through onboarding and training. The communication and coordination were absolutely top notch and the training professionals were absolutely wonderful to work with. We had an amazing experience with Maggie. She really listened to all of our goals and tailored our training to those goals. Cannot recommend them enough!

Command Canine has been wonderful for my rescue Coonhound / Cattle Dog mix Millie and I. Millie is smart, sweet, and high energy but struggles with reactivity and confidence. We have been doing virtual training with Heather as well as group classes. I was initially a little nervous about how well virtual training would work but it has been amazing - Heather has given us creative tools that TRULY WORK, and I have learned so much from her along the way. Millie has gone from losing her mind from having another dog within her sight to being able to calmly pass other dogs on walks and even lay down near them when asked. Group classes have been awesome as well, lots of unique offerings beyond basic obedience practice. The dogs are able to have plenty of space as needed, which is so helpful for reactivity. It's reassuring to be in group with others who are working through the same things. We had a blast with the recent scent work class and it has opened up a whole new fun activity for us to do together. Thanks to the whole team we've worked with - Heather first and foremost, but also Justine, Maggie, Emma and JaXx who we've done group classes with. We appreciate you all so much!

With the horror of a house fire in the countryside that took me from training slowly to a need to get my girl to a place to deal with people and other animals quickly, along with simple and easy commands, I can not give enough praise and thanks to Nick, Martha's trainer. His work was incredible in calming her down and getting her ready for city life after the easy going nature of living in west lincoln county. I'm incredibly proud and greatful for canine command for all their help in this crazy situation and traumatic events. Martha was loved and well trained. If you are in an emergency and need a good place for your doggy to train and be safe and can afford it nobody is better than this company. I'm overwhelmingly happy with my puppy's time with them.

I got a new puppy for Christmas and I wanted to make sure to start his life off good! I researched puppy training companies and landed here with Command Canine. I know why they have so many 5 star reviews! Maggie was our trainer and she was awesome! She was so helpful to me in so many ways and I am so happy with how well my little Cozy behaves!! He’s still a puppy and is still learning but he’s off to a great start!!! Looking forward to continuing group classes with Command Canine!

You cannot find a better dog trainer! I worked with Nick in specific to set up my future service dog for success, and I cannot recommend this group more! Phenomenal in every aspect, and when my pup came home he was like a whole new dog! They gave updates many times a day, gave me tips and tricks, and I truly felt involved this whole process. If you’re worried about your dog being in someone else’s care, don’t be, because they are so kind towards them and help them blossom!
