First time coming to @cookiesncreamnc, in Denver NC, and Miss Lauren helped us with our selections. I had the Dubai Chocolate Rolled Ice Cream, which it is an excellent choice. I truly recommend it. We will definitely come back soon.

The ice cream is good but the atmosphere is blah and the owners really need to pay attention to the quality of ingredients. I used to always get the chocolate chips as a topping on my ice cream but the jar of chips is so old, they have turned a rusty brown color and haven’t been changed in probably a year. I get the impression the owners aren’t very attentive. The employees are usually quite nice.

Sweetest workers! Management not around so workers always need to step up also very dirty. Ice cream is good but is always either melted or freezer burnt.
