CottageCare Lake Norman

I’ve used CottageCare on and off for about three years. Overall, they’re an average cleaning company. The general cleaning is good — surfaces are wiped down, and the house looks clean at first glance. My experiences with management have also been positive in terms of communication. They’re receptive to feedback and willing to listen. During our time with them, we’ve also had some incredible cleaners. Unfortunately, due to scheduling changes or staff turnover, we’ve had to switch cleaners several times. I believe that inconsistency contributed to the issues we continued to experience. The main frustration for us has been the lack of follow-through. Despite bringing up concerns a couple of times — and even offering to pay more for a deeper clean — the smaller details (like dusting picture frames, ceiling fans, and light fixtures) consistently weren’t completed. I was told these items were included in the standard service, but after multiple conversations, the issue still wasn’t corrected. Because of that, I’ve decided not to continue using the service. I hope communication between management and the cleaning staff improves, because fixing those details would make a significant difference. I wouldn’t discourage anyone from trying CottageCare, but I also can’t give a five-star rating. They’ve been fine overall — just not exceptional.

DON'T call anyone but this company! I have given multiple interior cleaning companies the opportunity to clean the interior of my home to meet my OCD expectations!! Cottage Care is the ONLY company that was able to satisfy my expectations! There staff was extremely kind and made sure I was satisfied with their performance before they departed the premises!! I own an exterior cleaning business and will be referring them to every single home I complete exterior cleaning on! Completely 100% satisfied!!😁

Having CottageCare come into our home has been such a blessing! From online, to over the phone, and in person they are all so kind and attentive. Every room was done above and beyond my expectations. Thrilled they will be a minimum every other week staple in our home!

The word in the name says it all … CARE!!! CottageCare takes the upmost care to ensure your experience is top notch - from booking, cleaning to post cleaning! While booking I spoke with a professional Manager who took his time to go over exactly what I needed to be done. I was able to obtain an immediate quote that was more than reasonable … especially considering the service I received! Cleaning days always started on time! You are met with professional and friendly cleaning technicians! The House always looks amazing … the floors, kitchen and bathrooms sparkle! I always feels like my home in new with great vibes!!! CottageCare even goes a step further to follow up after your service to ensure everything was to your liking. Give CottageCare a chance! You will be happy … because they truly CARE!

I wanted to express specific gratitude for your cleaning team’s thoroughness in our daughter’s bathroom recently. A couple of months ago, she had dropped and lost a tiny and unique backing to a valuable earring we gave her for her birthday. We all looked for it with no success, assuming it had dropped down the drain. One of your team members must have seen it and placed it on the counter and we are SUPER thankful! Now she can wear that special earring again! Thanks a bunch!
