Dairi-O of Mooresville

While Dairi-O is generally good, my experience has been highly variable. The good: Their restaurant is unfailingly clean, and the employees friendly and efficient. The bad: Food ingredients appear to be good quality, but preparation is not always the best. My last visit, I was craving a chicken sandwich, so I ordered one and they apparently did not prepare it spicy, just plain. The chicken breast was also a very small portion, It could not have been more than 3 ounces. It was just slightly larger than say, a ketchup packet and comparably, much smaller than Chick-fil-A or Popeyes. I would definitely not order it again. I think maybe they mistakenly gave me a chicken strip or nugget instead of the sandwich patty.

We enjoyed our visit here. The menu is a great size neither too small or too large. The burgers were great with any options. The restaurant was very busy but we were served with efficiency. My husband purchased a milkshake and he said it was tasty. Back to the meal the fries were hit and fresh and their custom size for a combo had plenty of fries. The employees could be more friendly.. they were not bad just nothing extra.

So my first experience was Kaitlyn and Micheal. They are the best When ordering food, the atmosphere was definitely love. The food was to die for and I would definitely be coming back five stars in my book🧡💪🏽💐 and I can’t forget the manager he is top-tier

Excellent service and very clean restaurant!! Kevin the manager came around asked about my food and service gave insight to a new location was very helpful and friendly!! I definitely will come back!! Hot dogs was amazing

First time here and it was great. Food was fresh and service was speedy. We will return.
