DalaCasa Landscape Management

Dalacasa landscaping took over our yard about a year ago. We wanted to improve the quality of of our yard. Even after aerating, doing Bermuda suppressant, over seeding, it was no good. This spring, when grass was supposed to fill in, there were huge patches of weeds, where they specifically re-seeded. So, we explained to their email that we didn't want their service, they said it was common for "winter weeds" to come out. Well, our neighbors never got huge patches of "winter weeds". Dalacasa needs to notify their vendor of grass seed that what they received was insufficient, and get a different vendor. We never used them for mowing, trimming, edging. They acknowledged our desire to cancel, and honored our request not to auto bill. They yard looks bad. We are starting from square one!! Do not contact my husband, nor myself. Thank you.

I offered to pause my services so they could focus on relief efforts, but they never skipped a beat. THAT is servant-hearted excellence. I have been a happy customer of DalaCasa for years and the team always does an excellent job. I have been extremely impressed with the dedication and care they have put into my lawn over the years. They are very quick to respond to my questions and requests often exceeding my expectations. My neighbors often stop by when I am in my yard to say how much they admire the work. I highly recommend them! Also, a good indicator you have chosen the right landscape company...when 10 out of 10 deer also approve.

7:27/22 - today the team of landscape pruners took care of my landscape. The fellows did a superlative job. Every shrub and tree is perfectly pruned and looking fabulous. I am always impressed by their professionalism, courteousness and diligence to detail. I cannot recommend Dala Casa highly enough. 2018 - Today was my first day of service from DalaCasa. What an improvement over my prior lawn care service! The leaves which have started to fall - gone! The edges of my lawn are perfectly trimmed and I did not come home to find grass clippings covering my flower bed. I am delighted by my service I started service on October 1, 2019. I am so pleased with everything. I came home from work, 11/20/19, and to my delight, all my shrubs had been beautifully pruned. My garden looks wonderful. I love this landscape service. I would recommend it to everyone in the Lake Norman area

UPDATE: Dala Casa reached out and apologized for the way this matter was handled. They refunded us the entire charged amount and promised to look into their process. Just an FYI if you use Dala Casa, they have shady business practices. They aerated our lawn in September. One of our irrigation lines was hit and it caused a leak. We planned to make the repair ourselves but their fertilization guy came before we had done that and said the company will take care of it for us since their equipment caused it. Workers came, while I was home, and made the repair. They never brought up any issues to me while they were here. The only thing they said is that they found a second leak besides the one my husband found. One month later we are informed that a manager reviewing the post work report has determined that it wasn't their fault the line was damaged because our irrigation line is too close to the surface. Nothing is covered under warranty and we will be charged $472 for the work. I understand the reasoning why we are being charged. I take no issue with that. However, I totally disagree with their argument that it wasn't the jurisdiction of the workers to tell me, before they started, that it would not be covered by warranty based on the depth the line was at under the surface. You don't complete work under the guise of being fully covered by warranty and then charge $$$ after the fact. They should have sent someone out to make sure it was their fault before completing the work. We would have completed the patch ourselves, as we had initially intended, had they informed us it would not be covered. Learn from our mistake. Ask for someone to come out and guarantee warranty coverage before they put you on the schedule. We have chosen to part ways with them.
