Delaney is a super helpful lender and very transparent with what she does. I just recently closed on my home and she gave me everything exactly like the builder lender would have given me but the only difference is she went and beyond expectations with communications. She was able to get my home in progress when traditional lender failed to do so due to my special circumstances. Toward the end everything fail into place. Other lenders wants your money but fail to provide proper communication. I feel that if you want a lender you should find someone who can answer your questions and in a timely manner and Delaney does just this. I would recommend her to anyone for her outstanding perfomance and would definitely keep her in mind for future purchases! Thanks again.
