Finding a friendly place to workout was a priority when we retired to Denver, NC. DHF is a well-equipped gym that offers many amenities. The variety of machines available has made it easy to keep my interest while varying my routine. Rosanne has been so helpful in answering my questions and making suggestions for me. She always greets me by name (so rare in this day and age! and especially in a new community!) and with a smile, even when you know her day has already been challenged by the many who need her help daily! She makes me feel welcome and noticed.

Rosanne always greets me by name when I check in. She's great! Crossfit trainers are fantastic- always willing to make adjustments and to help me. I still have issues with the fans going full blast in the group classes. It would be nice if the fan on the far side could be turned down to a lower speed, then I could stay longer than 10 minutes out of an hour class. I hope that DHF North will not be forgotten- it's important to those of us who have continued to go there for several years.😀

Great set of equipment and areas for stretching. Classes are wide and varied. Good Crossfit opportunities. Racquetball is available. Love the Massage Beds. I don’t use the cycle center but it seems to be popular with those who do. Roseanne has been especially helpful with insurance issues.

I’ve been a member of DHF for 10years. So glad it offers a variety of ways to stay fit, both strength and cardio. I go in early mornings and Roseanne is always there greeting me with a smile and actually knows my name. She makes me feel like I’m a part of the family. If I have any concerns about the equipment, she readily takes care of it. Thanks, Roseanne!!

I’ve been going to DHF for years and love it. Gyms are understandably very difficult to keep clean but that somehow manage to. They offer so many classes, pretty much all throughout the day.. Roseanne at the desk is always very helpful and nice.
