Dermatology Group of the Carolinas - Huntersville

Very positive visit overall. Good use of technology for efficient check-in and prescription delivery. Dr. Kathleen Stiff and her attendants were attentive and very competent. Will enthusiastically return. (The only slight negative was the 30+ minute wait to see her after I'd been screened by her associate, for a 9:30 am Tuesday morning appointment...but that's more a sign of the times then a knock on them!)

Requested to reschedule an appointment due to having something come up. No one got in touch with me so I switched things around in my schedule to be able to make said appointment and not get charged a fee for missing the appointment. Then comes the day of my appointment and I get a call an hour beforehand to tell me my appointment was cancelled and I need to reschedule. At this point I had already rearranged my day to make this appointment possible and I had gotten no communication beforehand that it was cancelled and I needed to reschedule, which is what I requested originally anyway. I expect a level of communication and service better than what I received. The Concord office is wonderful, but I feel this office (Huntersville) has some work to do to provide better customer service/satisfaction. Very disappointing and will be sticking to the Concord office for my dermatology needs. The only reason I even made an appointment at this location was to receive a service they don’t offer at the Concord location, but will be taking my business elsewhere in this case, where they respect their customers time and use proper communication.

Entire staff is amazing - friendly, smart and professional. Everything was explained in plain English and with very thorough detail. Dr. Trey Hoover continues to be one of the top medical professionals in Charlotte and most likely the entire state!

DR and Staff extremely kind, patient and understanding. Dr Vedak very thorough when checking me for skin cancers, and gentle with removals / treatments. She spent time asking questions and listening to me. Very Happy with this Provider!

I literally adore the team that sees me at the Huntersville location. Dr. Vedak and her nurses are AMAZING and are always polite and happy to see me. They’re empathetic and ALWAYS take me seriously, and are so thorough with my health, allergies and even my general concerns. Never once have they hesitated to get me in quickly. I wouldn’t trade this team for anything and honestly, I wish more MDs/RNs were like my dermatology team here. I’m forever thankful I made my first appointment. Adore these guys, and won’t go anywhere else for my derm needs. 💛
