Dimaggio's Pizzeria

I ordered online and then drove to pick up the order. I am pretty disappointed with DiMaggio's. I ordered a pizza half cheese and half with toppings. The toppings went well over half of the pizza and they cut it really weird. There were a couple of giant slices and then a bunch of tiny slices. I also ordered an antipasto salad. They did not give me any dressing and I do not have any at home so it is really upsetting. Update My son took the food back last night. Greg from DiMaggio's called me today and apologized and had already refunded the entire bill. He also offered another pizza and I was very appreciative of the effort to make things right. We will try them one more time and leave another review.

Like a taste of NYC in NC. The crust was great, cheese was hot and gooey, and their 2 slices and a drink special is a great deal. They also have beer including yuengling which is a great treat since I can't get it out west. The cannoli were absolutely spot on and amazing, the shells were perfectly crispy, light, and flaky. If I lived here I would get this regularly but alas, I am only visiting and SUPER glad I ate here. 10/10!

Ordered pizza to go. Crust was thick, not good flavor, and super chewy. Wings had a good sauce but undercooked. Closest to us but don’t plan to go back.

Ordered a Sicilian pizza. I guess they ran out of boxes to fit the deep dish pizza. They put it in a regular pizza box. Completely ruined the pizza. Unacceptable.

This pizza place in Davidson was fantastic. They do pizza by the slice , which is something I love to get as it allows you to try the pizza before committing to a giant pie. I was very happy, the pepperoni slice was delicious, sauce was great, high quality thin pepperoni , was hot, fresh, and had a nice crisp underneath. Big slices and they do a lunch special 2 cheese slices n drink for great price . The service was friendly , store is small, but clean. The employee in the pictures with bushy black hair was genuine and hospitable n the ranch was house made and good. Will definitely be back to try other options.
