My son has been training with Chris since August, twice a week, and we are thrilled with the results! I explained to Chris the areas for which my son needed to improve and Chris knew exactly which exercises and reps, strength training and guidance to provide and it’s working! I’m excited to see Christian’s level of improvement by end of month and believe that Chris’s training knowledge will help my son get on the school team again this year. Thank you, Chris and Dream Big!
