My son plays baseball here and lemme tell ya, this place is great. They take really good care of the fields and the concession stand is almost always open!! Always a fun night with games going on all around you.

ELOC baseball used to be a nice and safe place for families but now it has become nothing but grown men's petty battlefield. Jealousy and retaliations toward great coaches are being displayed. Narcissistic and unprofessional behaviors among the commissioners toward the coaches are beyond appalling. All these bad behaviors are damaging to our children and their love for the game. Changing rules whenever the commissioner sees fit throughout the season for personal gain is also an unfair and unorthodox practice that tarnishes the game all together. This is an abuse of power and our children is being punish and suffers from their bad behaviors. Why are these behaviors being condoned and accepted. Us parents shouldn't have to explain to our children they are being punished because the people in charge do not care about the wellbeing of our children.

Poorly run organization. Commissioners also coaching and aiding their teams. Good ole boy system to oust other competition. Field 4 is a hazard with a huge vally just past the INF. It's a known issue they refuse to fix, not sure where all the money goes. Parking is an absolute disaster. No honesty or integrity on the baseball side of things. Look elsewhere for baseball.

Very disappointed in how this organization is run. There are a few good coaches however if you beat the commissioners team they will make sure you get shut down. The commissioner is also a coach and runs it shady, shouldn't be allowed to coach and commish.

We have loved our experience at ELOC. We made the switch last season for 8u baseball from Boger City Optimist, and it has been great. I was sad to leave our friends and connections made at BCO, but were able to find our people at ELCO. I will say that a lot of what made us enjoy the Fall 2024 season so much was the coaching staff. My son was on Jason Bradfield’s team, and the work that Coach Jason put in to make sure we were a cohesive team was noticed by all! We had extra practices (even when them games started…which are SO NECESSARY in 8u), he got the team and parents together for ice cream, then dinner once and a Mom/Son scrimmage! I really do think those types of things go a long way in building good relationships, which was definitely reflected in the team’s dynamics! I felt the team and coaches really embraced my son by meeting his skill level where he was at, and by providing tools to help him improve, which made him feel more confident in his game! In addition to Jason, I was impressed by all of our coaching staff on our team, and most of the coaches on the other teams as well! As with anything, there were a few coaches that I didn’t think were the best role-models on the field due to their inability to appropriately contain their disappointment at times…but for the most part, I could tell all of the coaches were supportive and really cared about the kids and the sport! We are looking forward to having another great season with ELOC!
