I am really pleased with our roof replacement! The crew was so hard working and did such an amazing job! I am really so impressed how incredibly hard and efficiently they worked the entire day! They also did such an amazing job cleaning up afterwards! I met with many roofers before deciding and very happy with my decision! The entire experience from the beginning to very end was so pleasant and professional ! Such a wonderful company and wonderful staff! I highly recommend!

We had our roof replaced by Eastern Roof Technologies, From the first call Keren was very helpful to set up estimate. She came right out with Brian, and Brian did short educational presentation that I found very valuable and informative. The project day went very well. We are very satisfied with the product. The crew left our entire work area immaculate. All done in one day about 3000 sq foot roof. The neighbor was very impressed with the quality and speed of the job

ERT was great to work with. They came out and gave us a quote which we were very happy with and ordered the materials and came back in a couple of days and completed the job in one day. I have a 3 story house and a 3 car detached garage. They cleaned up everything. They even reroofed my well house and the extended roof over my bay window. They were very professional and explained everything. I could not be happier.

ERT was recommended to me by a contractor in Blowing Rock. My sales, professional, Zack, was informative, knowledgeable, and timely with my request for additional information. The project manager, Mike, contacted me prior to my installation date to go over what would happen. It happened exactly how he said it would The crew arrived. precisely on time, took large precautions to protect my property… The largest tarp I’ve ever seen! This large crew, removed all the old shingles, replaced eight large sections of decking, and reshingled the entire house, 43 squares, in a total of 15 hours. A much more pleasant experience than my last roof replacement in Vermont. A total of 44 squares, same size crew, and seven days of people on my property and nails found for years later. At the end of the first day, they cleaned up everything in sight. Mike, the project manager, or Zack were on site the entire time. Once the work was complete, the project manager walked the property and made sure there was nothing left behind. He also used a drone to take photographs of the completed job, showed me all areas of work and answered my few questions. Very professional organization. Will use them again for other services. Highly recommend this team.
