It was a pleasure to have Igor and Milla to work on our patio project. Igor has a keen eye for details and had great ideas through out the project. Igor and his team worked diligently and professionally to complete the project. Lastly, communication with both Milla and Igor was seamless, which put our my minds at ease.

We have used Easy Construction for two separate projects over the past few years—a backyard retaining wall and, most recently, a paver patio—and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They communicated clearly throughout each project, answered our questions promptly, and kept us informed every step of the way. Easy Construction (Milla + Igor and crew) built an engineered retaining wall for us in Mooresville and overall did a great job. Communication was strong throughout, and they were responsive as the project evolved with engineering requirements and on-site conditions. We did have a few change-order items come up and there was some back-and-forth on a couple line items and they worked with me to find a fair middle ground. That went a long way and felt like a good-faith effort. Quality of work looks solid, and they were willing to coordinate through the details to get it done right. I’d use them again and would recommend them - especially if you want a contractor who will stay engaged and work through the inevitable adjustments on a complex job.

10/10 highly recommend as Igor and his team did an amazing job on a retaining wall and concrete pad in my backyard. Very professional and a smooth process with scheduling. Igor does a great job communicating and keeping you updated with the project. Looking to hire again for stone work on the front of my house.
