Eddie's on Lake Norman

Came by on a whim. Wow, was I impressed. The staff, the restaurant, choice of inside or outside by the water, our waitress - ALL WONDERFUL! Started off with an order Calamari with Chipotle sauce- perfectly fried and so delish! My son ordered the crab cakes served with julienne vegetables and a side of Mac and Cheese - scrumptious!! I ordered the Cajun Shrimp Pasta- Just the right “kick” and so flavorful. We did choose to sit outside overlooking the lake. The variety of easy listening music played at the perfect volume added such ambiance to our dining experience. Best atmosphere!

We enjoyed early evening cocktails,appetizers and a few delicious entrees while admiring the outdoor patio lake views. The service was patient, polite and on-time. I would definitely go back when in town.

Went to dinner with family, party of 9. Atmosphere was 👍🏽👍🏽 and service was great. We tried various dishes.. snow crab legs, shrimp linguine, mahi mahi, 🍤 po boy, zupa di pesce, oysters Rockefeller 🦪, crab meat nachos - everything was delicious! We had a great meal and lovely time. Definitely recommend. The outside seating area has lovely view of Lake Norman. 🌅

Came here with my dad and the waiter spilled grease on his lap from his oysters rockefeller and the plate of oysters he sat down was a sloppy unpresentable display *picture provided* when a complaint was made the waiter just said they cant remake and they cant take it off the bill although it was untouched after we contested this he called over his manager who came in argumentative with a whats your problem attitude regurgitating what the waiter had already said so we dismissed her and said we’d figure it out then the manager walks off and starts talking crap about us yo another employee which is when a member of our table got up and started to complain again telling the manager of the spilled grease and all then FINALLY they agreed to remake the dish and it was DECENT at best. If you want good seafood and good service DONT even pull in the parking lot go a little down the road to BIG DADDYS and have a great meal. Also im only leaving this review today because my dad went to do it himself just to find out he had already left a one star review 8 YEARS AGO with similar experience then. ONCE AGAIN I WILL REITERATE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE GO TO BIG DADDYS INSTEAD!!!

Came here with my husband because the restaurant overlooks the lake. So glad we did. Service was fantastic, food was delicious, and was worth the price we paid for.
