Elements Massage

I had a massage with Ian today. He listened attentively to me. I always tell massage therapists to work light on my lower back and he actually did. His touch was always intentional and one hand on my shoulder was firm while the other worked with light pressure. I think that is s real talent. He could probably be good at juggling. I also really appreciate the hot towels used in the treatment room as well as the therapeutic grade oils. I felt very relaxed during the treatment and it lasted several hours. I recommend 👍👍

The staff was so kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. My massage therapist gave an incredible deep tissue massage and really took the time to focus on the areas that needed the most attention. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend!

Hands down the BEST massage and facial in Charlotte! I called needing a last minute massage this week and Mia and Lawrence made sure I was fit in to the schedule with such kindness and consideration! When I arrived Mia remembered me and made sure I was completely taken care of! I don’t think I will EVER be taken care of as well as I was with Tina over the last 4 months, she listens to your needs and hits the spots you didn’t know you needed with a gentle yet firm hand! I highly highly recommend Tina for a massage! I then got my first facial ever by Kimora and she was the most gracious and kind person I’ve met! She walked me through every step and had a gentle hand the entire time. I am sad I can’t go back sooner!

As a facility, Elements Cornelius is top notch. The location is clean, modern, bright, and you will be greeted by the delightful Mia upon entering. Everyone is so nice and accommodating and you will feel at ease as soon as you arrive. I have received several massages now from Kristen S. and she is absolutely amazing! Kristen is kind, patient, accommodating, sincere, and most of all delivers an amazing massage. At the absolute minimum, Kristen is great delivering upper body pressure point, tension, and relaxation massages! Highly recommend!

I recently had a deep tissue massage with Kayla, and I feel so much better. I have asked for deep tissue at other massage therapy places and have not experienced the same kind of muscle relief that Elements and Kayla provide. I also feel happy that they didn’t pressure me into memberships but gave great options for future services. Thank you!
