Elite Roof and Solar

I have been very pleased with Elite Roof and Solar. I first heard about Elite Roof and Solar when I requested a roofing estimate through Lowe’s Home Improvement. Jake was great working with my schedule and getting us a detailed report of the installation process and the products to be used. He gave me his personal work number to reach him anytime and I called or texted him several times to ask questions and discuss options. He always responded in a quick manner. He was very knowledgeable about the products/process and took the time to explain them to me. They were able to complete the project in one day approximately 10 days after we signed the contract. They had a whole team of approximately 10 employees or more and worked like a well-oiled machine. They were efficient and cleaned up well after the project was completed. Jake took pictures via drone throughout the process and sent them to me to keep me updated. Elite Roof and Solar was a little more expensive than some other estimates I received, but I was initially impressed with Elite Roof and Solar’s detailed report and knowledge. I would recommend Elite Roof and Solar highly and without reservations!

Elite Roof and Solar are a stellar company. I had 3 inspections and quotes from other companies. Elite came in lower and came across as far more knowledgeable than the others. They didn't try to do a Sell. They didn't show up expecting to close a deal. They turned around a quote within 24 hours, along with a contract proposal that was easy to understand. (Note to anyone looking for a roof or any other major purchase - Don't ever trust a guy with a tablet to sign a contract. You will be ripped off.) Elite did not pressure me to sign anything or demand an answer on whether I would use them or not. They did follow up with me in a reasonable amount of time and were a pleasure to communicate with. They waited on me to obtain my own financing (although they do offer options.) I never felt pressured. I was emailed a variety of colors and styles from which to choose with actual houses in the pictures, so that I could tell what the shingles would look like in the wild. The warranties and guarantees covered the shingles, as well as the workmanship and it was clear that I would not be ripped off. (This was not my first rodeo. I've been burned before.) The work crew showed up bright and early on the expected day and were done by mid afternoon. They cleaned up and hauled off everything. AND when the bill came in, there were no surprises. I can't recommend Elite Roof and Solar enough. Thanks to Andy and the rest of the group. You all are terrific!

I just wanted to share my fantastic experience with Elite Roofing and Solar. They are GAF Elite Installers and members of the GAF President’s Club. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly detail-oriented. Jake, the project manager, was outstanding, answering all my questions. From the time I signed the contract, I had a new roof in just two days. I also chose the 50-year Golden Pledge Warranty, and I’m thrilled with it. They installed GAF UHDZ Class 4 shingles, along with all new drip edges, dryer vents, vent pipes, and accessories. If you let your home owners insurance know that you have class 4 impact resistance shingles you might get additional savings on your premiums. I got four different quotes, and nobody could come close to them as far as quality/price. We have about 50 homes in my neighborhood, most of them have a new roofs and i noticed only one more house has a drip edge installed. My roof looks incredible, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

Ross Erickson and Jake Jerles both excellent to work with and gave their personal attention to my project which included house and detached garage roof replacement, and gutter installation. Elite Roof really nailed our roof replacement. Our roof had to be replaced due to storm and wind damage. They also replaced all of gutters and downspouts as part of the installation. From start to finish, the Elite team was professional and provided comprehensive options for shingles, gutters, etc. They were in constant contact, explained each process, and followed-up upon completion. Many neighbors have complimented us for how nice the roof looks on our home.
